Around 6 months ago, I declared victory and bought smaller pants.
I had maintained a weight of around 160 pounds for two years. I determined that I was indeed not going back to the 170–180 range I hovered in for most of my adult life. The small changes I had made over the course of the previous year seemed to have worked.
So when I gained a few pounds on vacation, it seemed like the perfect time to double down on the tips and make a video discussing them.
This video was shot in real time from July to August this year, when I lost about 10 pounds.
Now, because the universe is cruel, my current weight is back to around 163. The holidays are always tough—I end up drinking too much beer and find it hard to exercise without a routine.
However! Tip 6, the commitment device: I have to lose the weight to make sure this video is relevant.
Finally, I’ll leave you with a bonus tip #7 — Trade and technology
Forget the whole video and its tips and just take advantage of the wonders of trade and technology that have produced GLP-1s, which seem to really work.
